Who are these courses designed for?

Our programs are designed for hospitality teams, including hotel staff, restaurant staff, bartenders, spa staff, and other service professionals. We offer training at Pre-B and B+ English levels so staff can strengthen workplace communication in a way that matches their ability.

How are the courses delivered?

All classes are taught 100% online via Google Meet. Zoom is also available upon request.

How long are the sessions?

Each session runs for 50 minutes, twice per week.

What are the class sizes?

Each group has a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 26 participants. This balance ensures engagement while keeping training efficient for businesses.

What are the pricing options?

  • Groups of 6–12: $75 per attendee for a 4-week course; $150 for an 8-week course (about $9.38 per class).
  • Groups of 13–26: $65 per attendee for a 4-week course; $130 for an 8-week course (about $8.13 per class).
    Larger groups save $10 per attendee.

What is the difference between Pre-B and B+ courses?

  • Pre-B English: For staff with limited English experience. Focuses on greetings, simple service phrases, and essential guest communication.
  • B+ English: For staff with some English ability. Covers more complex guest interactions, problem-solving, and confidence in professional situations.

Are in-person options available?

Yes. We also offer 2-week in-person intensives (2 hours per day) upon request. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Can the programs be customized?

Yes. While we offer baseline programs, every business has unique needs. We provide a free consultation with managers to tailor the curriculum for your staff.

How flexible is scheduling?

Very flexible. Once enrolled, we work directly with you to set session times that fit your staff’s schedules and business hours.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Each participant receives a certificate of completion from Hospitality English Pros at the end of the course. While this is not an academic credential, it provides recognition of training hours and can be used for employee development records.

Do participants receive course materials?

Yes. Every participant receives a digital workbook designed for their course level. The workbook includes vocabulary, practice activities, and role-play exercises to reinforce learning between sessions.
